This is the vision: Imagine the every business on the planet signs in here every week to manage their business information just like people manage their personal information on Facebook. We will then have a direct open line to these businesses to sell them anything we or our partners want ... and when we make money, we'll share 50% of it with our members.

To get every business on the planet to manage their information here, we're going to follow this 3-part plan:

PHASE I: Put basic information on every business into the system and start cleaning it up and bringing it up-to-date (this is what we're doing now).

PHASE II: Offer our data for free so that every website and mobile app that uses local data stops buying the old data from the Yellow Pages and starts using our updated data instead.

PHASE III: Let businesses take over their profiles and basic information for free, show them that they can manage their information in one place and that when they update their information (like their menus or hours of operation, etc.) everyone knows about it. After they take over their profiles, we start selling premium services to them, sharing the income with our members.

These Phases are going to overlap like this:
